    Great talk! A balanced life, a well-lived life, is much more than making the most money, having the most prestige, the best work title. True happiness comes in the simplest things, as evidenced by many studies over the years. Take an active role in designing your life, and the lives of your employees if you an owner, look at all the important aspects of life.
